These three common diseases are heart disease, diabetes and cancer. They are a very recent phenomenon in human history, arising in the last 100 years, and are caused by food poisoning, also known as an unhealthy diet. These three diseases and many more are completely preventable by choosing a healthy diet!

Many people assume that eating meat, fish, dairy products, white sugar/flour/rice/salt, fizzy soft drinks and processed snack and fast food along with the majority of foods and sugar laden drinks sold in restaurants and supermarkets are healthy for the body. Thinking that these foods and drinks support the body in carrying out all the tasks it must perform to maintain optimum health. You may be shocked to know, but scientifically, this is not true. In fact, the opposite is true. Shockingly, it is actually these specific foods (meat, dairy, sugar etc.) and soft drinks filled with ‘empty calories’ that are causing most of today’s common health problems. When “empty calories” make up a substantial part of a person’s diet, the result is a nutritional imbalance that weakens the body’s defense and repair systems, making us susceptible to diseases from parasites to cancer. Health problems such as high cholesterol, diabetes, liver/kidney failure, Alzheimer’s, cancer, obesity and heart disease are all very common today due to the majority of the population unwittingly choosing to eat these toxic foods produced and sold to us by the food industry.

What is a healthy balanced diet? A healthy diet is based upon the right intake of Macro and Micro nutrients, vitamins, minerals and water. These nutrients, minerals and vitamins come from the healthy living soil, not from animal products. They are found in fruits, vegetables, grains and legumes (beans). The four macro-nutrients are carbohydrates (starch), fiber, fats and proteins. Carbohydrates are made by plants and stored in their leaves, stems, roots and fruits. Fibers are made only by plants and found only in vegetable foods. There is no fiber in any animal-derived foods. Proteins are found in both plant and animal foods, and our bodies can make most of them from scratch. The two micro-nutrients are vitamins and minerals and are only found in plants and the soil (not animal products). Vitamins are organic compounds that are synthesized for the most part only by plants and healthy bacteria. Minerals are micro-nutrients that come from inorganic matter, primarily the earth. To conclude, a healthy balanced diet is based on the right proportional intake of grains, fruits, vegetables and legumes
Thanks to Susana support and professionalism I learned the necessity to respect and listen my body & mind. Now I do understand how both (body&mind) are so interconnected! • Session audio recordings available – Session recordings have some great advantages. They make it possible for you to concentrate on the call without having to take notes, and they allow you to review our session at any time. We will send you the audio recording after each session.
